NORTH KINGSTOWN – Several local officials, employees and residents came together on Monday for a town council work session to discuss the revitalization of Post Road in North Kingstown. While members of the town council, planning department and the economic development advisory board (EDAB) all highlighted recent progress made along Post Road, they also focused on the changes that could be made to benefit commercial and residential life in the area. 

The nearly three-hour work session included presentations made by the planning department and EDAB, as well as council discussion and public comments, all concerning suggestions and recommendations for the strengthening of Post Road.
