Sunshine Child Development Center

NORTH KINGSTOWN – A local child development center received a nearly $200,000 loan for the installation of solar panels, which the business said would help offset energy use and improve efficiency. 

Last week, Rhode Island Infrastructure Bank announced the closing of a $183,000 loan for the solar project at Sunshine Child Development Center in North Kingstown. The loan was granted through the Bank’s Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (C-PACE) program. It will be the 17th project to be financed through RI C-PACE.
