The following reports were taken from the Narragansett Police Department. All persons named are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court. 

DUI

On April 6 at 1:34 a.m., police charged Dominique L. Stromley of 500 N Andrews Avenue, Apt. #322, Fort Lauderdale, FL with one count of driving under the influence (BAC greater than .15 percent) after a motor vehicle stop on Kingstown Road. While conducting the traffic stop, police became suspicious Stromley was allegedly operating under the influence. She was charged following a series of standardized field sobriety tests. Her Breathalyzer showed a BAC of .220 percent.

Shoplifting

On April 6 at 4:30 p.m., police charged Thi Le Mai T Carlson of 13 Wasp Road, North Kingstown with one count of shoplifting after Carlson allegedly attempted to steal $273 worth of products from Stop & Shop in the Salt Pond Plaza.

On April 6 at 7:04 p.m., police charged Frank Chin Oliver of 37 Newport Lane, Narragansett, with one count of shoplifting after he allegedly attempted to steal $223.97 worth of products from Stop & Shop in the Salt Pond Plaza.  

On April 6 at 7:04 p.m., police charged Nicholas Giambrone of 13 Newport Lane, Narragansett with one count of shoplifting after he allegedly attempted to steal $223.97 worth of products from Stop & Shop in the Salt Pond Plaza.

On April 6 at 8:24 p.m., police charged Taslin S. Alicea Hidrovo of 22 Pier Market Place, Narragansett with one count of shoplifting Alicea Hidrovo allegedly attempted to steal $208.12 worth of products from Stop & Shop in the Salt Pond Plaza.
