Police arrest Charlestown man for growing weed in pool

RICHMOND – A Charlestown man was arrested Nov. 6 after police responded to a dispute on Lewiston Avenue in Richmond and found 52 marijuana plants.

Officers responded to 21 Lewiston Ave. in Richmond after a a report of an alleged domestic dispute or altercation between a man and a woman the night of Nov. 6. And during their response, the officers observed a man carrying suspected marijuana plants in the backyard of the residence.
