Decision on Beechwood expected to come soon

NORTH KINGSTOWN – No decision has been made on the fate of the old Beechwood House, but, the good news is, it’s right around the corner.
The Request for Proposal (RFP) sub-committee has met numerous times, most recently on Nov. 1, to discuss the three RFP’s before them. At Monday’s Town Council meeting, President Liz Dolan read a memorandum from Wendy Nicholas, Director of the National Trust for Historic Preservation and Richard Youngken, Board of Directors for the same organization.
