Laura Reale loses her license for five years

WAKEFIELD – Laura A. Reale, of Westerly, lost her license for five years after appearing in court and pleading guilty to being a habitual traffic offender, the new state law that was created following her arrest for allegedly running a red light and killing Colin B. Foote last May.

The state statute – known as the Colin B. Foote Act – was drafted and passed by the legislature this past summer following the 27-year-old Charlestown man's death.
