In today's paper, the Narragansett Engineering Office plans to study the sewer system in Narragansett along Congdon Street. The effort is an attempt to minimize water overflow at the Congdon Street Pump Station.

Also, last week, the South Kingstown Police arrested William E. Webster,52 for possession of child pornography.

Save the Bay also has a new Bay Keeper, Tom Kutcher.
