EAST GREENWICH — The Greenwich Center medical office complex will stretch across both sides of South County Trail after the Planning Board approved construction of its latest phase last Wednesday night.
F.H. French Real Estate of Lincoln received unanimous approval of a combined preliminary and final plan for a pair of two-story buildings with 44,910 square feet of space, to be connected by an atrium, at 1454 South County Trail. The land is zoned Manufacturing/Light Industry Office.
The new development should bring about 50 jobs to town, said Jack Keigwin, owner and former president of F.H. French.
