EAST GREENWICH — A weight training supplement company and a medical office complex on nearby South County Trail properties both received positive recommendations from the Planning Board last week on pending petitions before the Zoning Board of Review.
The Planning Board unanimously recommended approval of a request made by Tucson Property Management LLC, owner of property at 1598 South County Trail, for fewer than the required number of parking spaces for a new 60,000-square-foot, two-story building for Poliquin Performance, a health and fitness company. The lot is a split Farm F-1 and Manufacturing/Light Industry Office zone.
It also recommended approval of a request made by 1672 South County LLC, at 1672 South County Trail, to enlarge its parking area into the front yard setback.
