EAST GREENWICH – The sights of the Lincoln Memorial flashing by, Mt. Rushmore, the Statue of Liberty, an eagle in flight, Americana waves in an array of colors.
Behind them a score, a perfect symphonic blend of pop/rock music and patriotic songs.
Last Thursday, students at Cole Middle School were treated to a 50-minute Prismatic Magic laser show called, “American Pride,” which featured indelible images flashed through the room to the strains of uplifting songs, such as America the Beautiful (Ray Charles), God Bless the USA (Lee Greenwood), and Fanfare to the Common Man (Aaron Copland).
