SK girls softball still searching for first win, fall to EWG

SOUTH KINGSTOWN – This season’s first win continues to elude SK’s fastpitch softball team but it’s certainly not without effort on the part of the Rebels, who lost deceivingly 10-6 against Exeter-West Greenwich in an exciting game at Broad Rock Playfields.

The Scarlet Knights came into Monday night’s contest with a 5-4 record in Division II-South while SK came in 0-10 but a common viewer could have mistaken the game as a clash between top-tier contenders.
