NARRAGANSETT â€“ The school committee directed Superintendent Katherine Sipala, with the committeeâ€™s assistance, to find the $16,972 necessary to keep the family and consumer science (FACS) program at Narragansett High School.
During a work session Wednesday, Sipala told the committee, that they had budgeted $8,486 to keep one section of FACS in fiscal year 2015, into which special education students would be integrated.
