WOOD RIVER JUNCTION â€“ The Chariho School Committee voted 8-0 Tuesday to approve a revision to the districtâ€™s policy regarding academic requirements for high school graduation.
Superintendent Barry Ricci proposed a revision that would increase the physical education requirement to two credits. â€śWeâ€™ve long been criticized for only providing one quarter of PE,â€ť Ricci said. â€śWeâ€™ve found a way to schedule it so we can provide a semester.â€ť
