In this week's Standard Times, we catch you up on all the latest details of Auger's appointment, including what the district will pay him while he's serving as the interim superintendent and what the process to find Thornton's permanent replacement will be.
In addition, we've got all the big news around town covered with stories on the Wickford Art Festival, the NK Town Council's decision to potentially repeal the town's wind ordinance and updates on a huge gang brawl that broke out in Quonset over the weekend, the latest on the Updike House's potential move to Smithfield and the Plumbeach Lighthouse license plate's recent second-place finish in the country.
