A week after Governor Chafee proposed increasing the meals tax from eight percent to 10 percent, restaurants owners across South Kingstown and Narragansett sound off.

This week University of Rhode Island students began springing up their own occupy movement.

The attorneys for Village Liquors and town of South Kingstown also filed their briefs this week on why or why not fifth liquor license exists.
