North Kingstown man arraigned on stolen firearm, obstruction charges

WARWICK—A local man was arraigned in Third District Court last week for allegedly possessing a stolen firearm after police responded to his apartment for gun shots having been fired in an argument with his roommate. Biagio J. Broccoli, 35, of 6101 Post Road, North Kingstown, was released on $10,000 personal recognizance and was further charged with obstructing a police officer in execution of duty, disorderly conduct and firing in a compact area.
