Matunuck residents come out in numbers

August 29, 2013

MATUNUCK – More than 90 people attended a community workshop on the Matunuck Village Study at Matunuck Elementary School Tuesday.

Vincent Murray, director of planning for South Kingstown, said the attendance was more than double at last night’s workshop than at the Matunuck workshop held in April.

Nate Kelley and Craig Pereira, project consultants with the Horsley Witten Group, provided an update on the project and discussed the key issues facing Matunuck.
