Locals rally to preserve Larchwood Inn

SOUTH KINGSTOWN - A grassroots organization with hopes to preserve the Larchwood Inn as a “beautiful gateway to the town” met in the Ascension Church on Wednesday night to discuss strategies that would make it difficult for the current proposal (the Alzheimer’s care facility) to go through.

The meeting was led by Marc Levitt, local writer and radio and television host.
