NORTH KINGSTOWNâ€”A group of bills which will move forward North Kingstownâ€™s plans to install sewers throughout town have been heard this week at the State House. Sen. James Sheehan (Dist. 36â€”Narragansett, North Kingstown) and Rep. Robert Craven (Dist. 32â€”North Kingstown) submitted joint legislation that would allow North Kingstown to bring a bond referendum to voters on $6.6 million for financing sewers on Post Roadâ€”North, as well as for a $4.9 million for sewers in the Wickford commercial area.
