NARRAGANSETT – The Kayak Centre of Rhode Island is appealing Judge Kristin E. Rodgers’ ruling that the town of Narragansett didn’t violate state law or town ordinance in voting to reject all bids to run a paddle sports business at the town-owned Middlebridge property.
