NARRAGANSETT â€“ The Kayak Centre of Rhode Island is appealing Judge Kristin E. Rodgersâ€™ ruling that the town of Narragansett didnâ€™t violate state law or town ordinance in voting to reject all bids to run a paddle sports business at the town-owned Middlebridge property.
John C. Revens Jr., attorney for Narrow River Kayaks, said he received a notice of appeal this week that the Kayak Centre, represented by Attorney Robert Corrente, is appealing Judge Rodgersâ€™ March 4 decision to the Supreme Court.
