Fiore proposes housing at historic property

March 14, 2014

SOUTH KINGSTOWN – Roland Fiore is proposing to build a 48-unit multi-household development at 571 Main St., the current site of the historic William Davis Miller House.

Fiore’s team of engineers and attorneys described the development proposal to the planning board during a pre-application review Tuesday.

While the plans retain the William Davis Miller House, pool and outbuildings for community use, Fiore is proposing to construct 48 units on the 8-acre property in four different types of buildings – including two 12-unit multi-family structures, two six-unit buildings, four two-unit duplexes, and four single family residences.
