EAST GREENWICH â€” In a matter of two hours, local police may have solved the mystery of multiple break-ins within a local community with the apprehension of three suspects late last week.
East Greenwich Police, along with the assistance of several local departments â€“ including the State Police â€“ arrested three burglars who were at-large a couple of hours after they broke into the residence at 1895 Middle Rd. early Friday morning.
One female suspect was arrested following a motor vehicle stop on Tillinghast Road, close to Frenchtown Road, while the other two male suspects were found within the neighborhood by police, as with the assistance of area residents, after the suspects abandoned the vehicle.

UPDATE: The three suspects involved in the break-in were identified on Wednesday and formerly charged.
Ryan G. Callahan, 26, of West Warwick, is charged with breaking and entering, conspiracy to commit breaking and entering, receiving stolen goods, driving without consent of the owner and operating on a suspended license. He was arraigned at the Kent County Courthouse on Tuesday and bail was set at $5,000 with surety. Callahan was held without bail based upon being a Superior Court bail violator and a Superior Court probation violator.
Keurys Y. Pena, 23, of Providence, is charged with breaking and entering, conspiracy to commit breaking and entering, receiving stolen goods, driving without consent of the owner, operating on a suspended license. He was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and bail was set at $2,000 with surety. A felony screening date of July 9 was assigned to Pena.
Carmen W. Garcia, 26, of Providence, has been charged with conspiracy to commit breaking and entering. She was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and bail was set at $10,000 personal recognizance. A felony screening date of July 9 was assigned.
