EAST GREENWICH â€” Standing on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial addressing the thousands of people who were shoulder to shoulder across the National Mall his â€˜I Have A Dreamâ€™ speech is the signature moment that is etched in the minds of people across the country when they first think of The Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King.
