Decision forthcoming on kayak lawsuit

NARRAGANSETT – Associate Justice Kristin E. Rodgers will issue a written decision “sooner rather than later” in the case of the Kayak Centre of Rhode Island versus the town of Narragansett and Narrow River Kayaks.

Rodgers originally intended to issue a bench decision Monday in Washington County Superior Court, but, following oral arguments from attorneys for the Kayak Centre, Narrow River Kayaks, and the town, Rodgers said she needed more time to consider the facts of the case and would issue a written decision.
