Authorities: Upstate NY house fire kills 8

Authorities say an early morning house fire in upstate New York killed eight people, including children. Fire officials say one person was able to escape the blaze which happened about 40 miles north of Syracuse. (Jan. 5)

Republican Lawyers: 'Outright Fraud' in Minnesota

Michael Thielen, the executive director of the Republican National Lawyers Association tells Newsmax TV that Minnesota's Democrat Secretary of State Mark Ritchie was "consistently inconsistent" in his decisions regarding the U-S Senate battle and that he disenfranchised many non-Franken voters.
