With his term as chairperson on the East Greenwich Planning Board about to come to a close, Bradford Bishop still wants to be headstrong in helping out the town that heâ€™s called home since 2003.
After spending the last few months thinking long and hard on what direction he wants to take his political career, the 54-year-old native of Connecticut wants to set his sights on having a seat at the highest level of government in town.
Bishop, who has spent the last eight years on the Planning Board â€“ four of them as the chairperson â€“ announced on Monday that he will run for Town Council in the upcoming election as a Republican.
