Bishop pleads not guilty

Town Councilman Brad Bishop entered a not-guilty plea for domestic-disorderly conduct and domestic-simple assault in Kent County District Court last Friday.

WARWICK — A member of the East Greenwich Town Council had his day in court last Friday morning stemming from his arrest on March 9 for allegedly having an altercation with his wife at their home.

Standing in front of Judge William C. Clifton, Brad Bishop, of 260 Adirondack Dr., East Greenwich, was arraigned in Kent County District Court on charges of domestic-disorderly conduct and domestic-simple assault or battery. He entered not-guilty pleas for each charge.
