Car crashes through medical building in EG

Early Thursday morning, a driver crashed into a side of a medical building in East Greenwich, causing damage to the X-Ray room.

According to the Providence Journal, a representative from Rhode Island Medical Imaging, located at 1351 South County Trail said that no one was in the X-Ray room at the time of the accident and patients at the facility were given the option to seek treatment at one of the other five offices within the group.

Chariho student sentenced for crash

WAKEFIELD - The teen driver who crashed his car into a tree last October, injuring himself and three other Chariho High School students, has been sentenced to serve home confinement.
