WAKEFIELD â Prout senior Eric Rameika entered Friday nightâs game against Lincoln just nine points away from 1,000 for his career and afterward admitted he was a little nervous coming in.
â[I felt] a lot of pressure,â Rameika said. âEveryone I talked to in school was like ânine more, nine moreâ and, I mean, I tried to not think about it but itâs almost impossible. I was eager to get it done and over with.â
The way the first four minutes of the game played out it did little to alleviate his worries either.

Stern handed down his ruling, a long-awaited decision in the heated battle between the North Kingstown Firefighters Association (NKFFA) Local 1651 and the Town, bearing on the Townâs changes to certain terms of employment having effect on district firefightersâ wage, support and scheduling structure.
