Preview today's Narragansett Times

January 4, 2012

To break into 2012 and shake off this winter frost, the Narrow River Preservation Association (NRPA) is starting a new Winter Lecture Series, in which local specialists on the history and natural environment will speak to the public.

Curmudgeon's Corner: Happy New Year? Not if these predictions come true (OPINION)

January 4, 2012

At this time of year some folks make New Year’s resolutions. Others try to predict the events of the coming year. Writers of opinion pieces in blogs and newspapers such as me fall into the latter group so here are my prognostications for 2012.
