January 12th
There is a parking ban tomorrow morning, Thursday at 7 a.m. Coventry public schools as well as Sylvan Learning of Coventry: Canceled Classes
All East Greenwich schools and town government offices closed, as did the second shift for Stanley-Bostitch. The Warwick Mall was also closed.
North Kingstown and Exeter may have gotten off easy two weeks ago when a quick blizzard passed through the area and left a foot of snow that was picked up without much incident but today, Mother Nature returned with quite a vengeance as well over 15 inches of snow fell across Rhode Island and left areas as far south as Westerly and as far north as Cumberland coated in the white stuff.
So, how did you deal with the storm? Were the roads up to snuff on your commute? Leave a comment and let us know.

North Kingstown – January 10, 2011 – The active students of North Kingstown High School are using civics class to bring change.
A junior at NKHS, Matt Buresh, is trying to change a school policy added this year. He started this movement as his civics project. He is a student in a civics class taught by the decorated teacher Mr. Lawrence Verria.
The rule Buresh wishes to eliminate is the newly added restriction on students during lunch.
