HOPKINTON - The Canonchet Woods subdivision off of Route 3 in Hopkinton looks like an unfinished neighborhood. There is a large drainage pipe just feet away from the road, sticking out of a faded and worn berm that protects the road from a massive retention pond.

NORTH KINGSTOWN â Andrew Correia recalls the pain of holidays and other family gatherings after his beloved grandmother passed away.
âAfter Nana died,â he says, âChristmas was never the same; it still isnât. Many people carry that [sense of loss] with them.â
The Rev. Lori Eldredge, pastor of the North Kingstown United Methodist Church, agrees, remembering the personal devastation following the death of her sister, to whom she was extremely close.
