WAKEFIELD – Feet First of Wakefield once again partnered with Dansko Footwear to raise nearly $6,000 for hungry Rhode Islanders.
For the third year in a row, Feet First and Dansko donated a portion from the sale of each pair of Dansko shoes to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank. This year they raised $5,940 during the holiday season, which will be matched by the Food Bank's “End Hunger Challenge Fund” to contribute even further to the community.
If anyone had asked me after the September primary what I thought Bill Lynch would be doing in the future, the answer “selling marijuana” would have been very, very close to the bottom of my list.
